Becoming a Trainer came out of my own love of being active and healthy. Couple of years back, there was phase in my life when I gained a lot of weight and felt extremely lethargic and unhealthy. I promised myself to change myself for better and transform into a stronger, healthier version of myself. My passion for fitness led me to study and get certified. I am a level 3 Personal Trainer and have been working towards changing lives for more than 5 years. My message to all those who want to start their fitness journey is Remember their is no age, gender, size , job or anything that should stop you to being a better version of yourself. Fitness isn’t about achieving a certain size or body or shouldn’t be always about going to fancy gyms; it’s all about taking care of your body by eating right and being active, dedicating a small portion of your day to do any activity you like it can be lifting weights, Playing a sport , swimming or any other activity that uses and strengthens your muscles. You should always prioritize your health and take care of your body because it’s this body you have to live in for the rest of your life!!
