Current• Track vehicle status reports daily for three entities under the MBSE umbrella, including over 200 units consisting of tractors, trailers, trucks, generators, etc. • Maintain up-to-date vehicle records (hard copy and digital) - inspections, insurance, registrations, and service records• Communicate with house teamster regularly to ensure we are prepared for upcoming and returning jobs• Issue all necessary documentation to production's DOT and captain at the start of any job - long term and short term• Review and issue any loss & damage to captains and production as needed• Ensure that the rental database is updated with vehicle checkouts and returns• Oversee the full scope of any accidents/ insurance claims with production and business insurance companies• Interface with technician regarding repair status of out-of-service vehicles• Generate weekly expense reports for repairs and maintenance• Generate monthly expense reports for other entities • Collaborate with senior management and marketing to achieve business goals.• Help to develop protocols and procedures and keep current with DOT standards in NY• Correspond with third-party fleet compliance company to ensure that we are road ready including IFTA fuel reports, tax management, registration renewal, etc
