• Work alongside Digital Marketing and Operational Marketing teams to develop strategic marketing plans for multiple mobile app products • Execute and measure success of digital campaigns to increase user adoption and sales via email marketing, organic and paid social media, and influencer marketing• Develop organization’s first mobile loyalty program, facilitating cross functional collaboration to determine user experience, program model, marketing and training

• Reporting to the CIO, responsible for the strategy, development and execution of national digital campaigns and content• Manage team of local social media managers across Canada - provide on-going training, best practices, and ensure campaign execution• Utilize Enterprise Social software and social media listening to monitor local engagement, measure campaign and channel activity and performance• Work with corporate support departments to align social media activities to corporate standards

• Liaise with national suppliers (including Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Danone, Kellogg's, Mondelez) and internal marketing team to plan, coordinate and execute national projects• Assist in the development of innovative promotions and contests to engage targeted markets and grow account revenues• Facilitate back-of-house website administration • Written communication including newsletters, marketing materials, and research summaries

• Assist the Sr. Marketing Specialist in the following areas: social media marketing, I.T. support, market research, market analysis, presentation preparation, sales proposal preparation, website administration, project management and administration• Assist Regional Marketing Managers in the field on large projects

• Write and present online brand development proposals• Redesign of the company website to increase SEO, web traffic, and sales• Content management for social media channels and online product catalog

• Responsible for the complete modern redesign of client websites• Use of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, Javascript
