Primarily responsible for assisting Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs Section especially in Corporate Affairs unit.Focal person for all corporate communications function for SIRIM QAS and work closely with the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs Section and Chief Executive Officer in delivering all required tasks and responsibilities.Quality Officer Section to formulate and revamp processes and procedures while ensuring strict compliance to the ISO 9001 and corporate identity at all times. Spearhead wide spectrum corporate branding, advertising and promotions activities towards enhancing the brand equity of SIRIM QAS. Successfully supervised the development of SQASTV, internal communication platform aimed to provide a more interactive communication channel and primarily responsible in the content development of this platform.Heavily responsible for media relations on behalf of SIRIM QAS International and answering media inquiries related to SIRIM QAS International's services. Responsible to prepare official letters, speeches, presentation materials, media releases, talking points, emcee scripts and occasionally ministerial answers for parliament session on behalf of SIRIM QAS International and MITI.Also responsible for planning and executing events, CSR programs and courtesy visits to or from local and international government agencies, embassies, regulatory bodies and public listed company and industry related association.

Heavily responsible in ensuring marketing communication materials are up to par to the company's brand image and communicate the certification program concisely and accurately.Also responsible in crafting official invitation letters on behalf of SIRIM QAS to target audiences for every seminar/ certification program provided by SIRIM QAS. Assist in ensuring the launch event of a particular seminar or certification program from the planning to execution stages, which involves top management of SIRIM, accreditation bodies, government agencies and industry players.

Responsible in client servicing. Heavily responsible to assist in developing, plan, co-ordinate and execute communications plan from Lead Consultant. Responsible to collating, analyzing and evaluating media coverage and prepare monthly media reports, which includes media monitoring, media value and PR value.Responsible to liaise with media for pitching, press conference, media briefing and one-to-one interview for clients. Heavily responsible to undertake research for communications plans and strategic media proposal. Responsible to undertake research for event planning, managing and liaising with suppliers, including research on government policies and political environment.

Heavily responsible for creative content used in all Avons Point of Sale Materials above and below the line, which include product releases to the media during product launches. Among my best contribution was the success of Avon's "Cetusan Perkahwinan Impianmu" campaign.
