The implemented solution uses web 2.0 platform including JBoss Seam, JPDL, JBoss Drools, JSF/Richfaces, Hibernate and MySQL.• Java Software design and development for a Student Information System using java EE, Spring and hibernate and SQL Server 2005.• Building an deployment to multiple Unix platforms java based agents for communicating with network, directory and identity server products (Tivoli Directory Server, Tivoli Access Manager, OpenLDAP, Sun Directory Server)• Performance troubleshooting and tuning of a B2B distributed auto part trading system combining multiple technologies and platforms including: EJB, peer-to-peer, MOM (SonicMQ, Talarian). Deliverables included:- Application CPU profiling and memory debugging providing a detailed localization of the performance bottlenecks.- Sun Directory Server 5.1 memory performance tuning. Cache hit ratio increased from 47% to 98%- Proposed system architecture and component design improvements • Led the design and implementation of a monitoring system for the Texas HHSC Front End Authentication and Fraud Prevention Pilot System Medicaid Integrity Pilot. The solution follow a Service oriented Architecture (SOA) including the following services:- Secure transaction encryption service using SSL certificates and SHA1. - Transaction Transmission service (via SOAP attachments)- J2EE (EJB, JMS, LDAP, XML)) and .NET technologies were used.

Founding technical team member of Perceptent Corp. Contributed to the design and implementation of Perceptent’s product a Business Intelligence Application Framework enabling real-time decision support & analytics for Retail Banking and Credit Card. The implementation technology is based on the .NET Platform, using WebServices Technology, C#, BizTalkServer, MSMQ, and SQLServer and Analysis Services.
