After earning my Master’s in Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Management at IULM in Milan, I launched my career in sales and strategy across four languages. In 2009, I joined Google, where I now lead a team in AI, Data, and Tech commercialization across North America region. As Google’s AI Evangelist, I integrate cutting-edge technology with human-centered strategies to drive impactful business results.In 2022, I founded Spark Your Zeal™, a company to reignite passion and unlock purpose for leaders and organizations. Through workshops, content, and products, I help people reconnect with their soul’s calling, overcome burnout, and cultivate lasting zeal that fuels personal fulfillment and professional impact.As an ICF-certified executive coach, I’ve empowered thousands of leaders to navigate challenges and turn them into growth opportunities. As a TedX speaker, thought leader and change agent, my message is clear: true leadership starts within, fueled by alignment, high vibrations, and living with purpose.I also host 99 Humans, a podcast exploring authentic leadership and human connection.
