This has motivated my research on how social entrepreneurship and circular economy principles can contribute to achieving gender equality.I am also interested in exploring food security systems, agricultural development, green technology, and sustainable circular business models.

-Plan and support customer events in the Spanish, Portuguese, and LATAM markets.-Provide sales support and engage in cold outreach activities.-Ensure timely and precise communication with existing and new users via email or telephone.-Process orders, prepare and monitor offers and orders.-Create and execute direct email marketing campaigns.-Proofread emails in English and Spanish for clarity, grammar, and spelling.-Identify target audience and expand the customer database.

Within the Program Manager role, it is essential to have good operational skills, that keeps the team together, between Business Developers, Ventures Analysts and Account Managers. PMs run the 3-month acceleration program by setting up events and networking sessions, own startup relationships, support business development with their corporate accounts and deal flows, prepare marketing collateral, order promotional materials and supplies for the team, and more.The role focuses on three areas Marketing, Events Management, Program Content and Startup Facing.

-Plan and execute the biannual 3-month Accelerator Program.-Foster meaningful and positive relationships with startups in the InsurTech vertical.-Facilitate introductions between new members and potential corporate partners.-Organize casual dinners and group lunches to foster a sense of community among startup batches.-Prepare necessary documents for key events like Selection Day, New Startup Orientation Day, meet-ups, and EXPO.-Coordinate a monthly newsletter to keep the entire network informed about upcoming events.-Collaborate with the Marketing team to share relevant news and updates on social media platforms.

-Serve as the primary point of contact between student groups and the events and tech teams for event organization, ranging from small networking events to large-scale student events.-Collaborate with the Communications and Engagement team to enhance the Student Union's interaction with students and the public.-Aid in the planning and execution of a diverse Student Union program across Bristol University and various venues in the city, expanding on successful brands and creating new branded events as needed.-Coordinate bookings for bands, acts, attractions, venues/rooms, and artists, ensuring compliance with tech and hospitality requirements.-Foster coordination between different departments within the Students' Union, primarily working closely with the marketing team to ensure effective event promotion.-Act as a deputy for the Events Manager and Commercial Coordinator before, during, and after events when necessary.-Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training event staff, including security personnel, event crew, artists, and promoters. Additionally, contribute to staff briefings to ensure a strong focus on customer service for all events.-Contribute to the preparation of event reports and debrief documents as requested.-Handle all complaints and issues promptly and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

-Conduct desk and off-site research to develop comprehensive business plans and proposals for community projects that create positive social impact.-Offer logistical and organizational assistance at company public events to enhance its visibility among entrepreneurs interested in generating social value.-Contribute research findings on the social entrepreneurship sector, with a particular focus on the South West of England, to the monthly newsletter.-Collaborate with the team to provide relevant and up-to-date information that highlights opportunities and trends in the field of social entrepreneurship.

-Assisting in Research & Methodology, Descriptive & Inferential Statistics tutorials. It included group sessions with MBA students and supervising research assignments. 80% of the students were satisfied with their marks as well as the tutorials were given.-Other activities included teaching the use of SPSS software to MBA and Behavioural Science pre-master students.

-Coordinating the implementation and development of CRM activities using the SalesForce platform.-The integration of CRM activities resulted in more effective market strategies and campaigns, leading to a 5% increase in the number of students sent on international internships. Additionally, it facilitated effective follow-up after the completion of placements.-Leading the redirection of the information system management, with a focus on transforming the enterprise resource planning system.
