I supervised 9 undergraduate Resident Advisors in a building of 400 residents. I advised and directed the RA's as they assisted international and honors-ranked residents with issues revolving around education, facilities, and relationships. I also co-advised the Resident Students Association as they built their leadership brand and presence on our campus.
