I have been working with Debenhams since 2008 during which time I have progressed through the ranks to have reached the position of Selling Support Manager Designate in April 2014. During this time I have worked in Canterbury, Lakeside and Westwood Cross stores, as well as carrying out Operational reviews in Romford, Hastings, Orpington and Gravesend. Key Responsibilities:Stock Management: On daily basis working on stock movement to and fro between sales floor and the loading bay. Involved in the complete store inventory management in compliance to the norms and the market demand.Cash Management: Cash Management throughout the store and ensuring we are following company policy handling cash and other tenders safely. Store Administration & Compliance: Ensuring all statutory and company compliances are adhered at all times. Operational Cost Management: Seek to strive for overhead and operational cost reduction without impacting the business.Health & Safety and Technical Services: Business needs to be run keeping in mind people & planet. Manage the technical services function so that all statutory and business H&S objectives are met.
