Data nerd, problem solver, and all around spreadsheet wizard, I'm always looking to learn and grow in my career. I am passionate about process improvement and giving people the tools to speed along or even automate the boring stuff so they have more time to spend on the important things. Whether that's finding the shortcuts we can take in the process or using my Visual Basic programming skills to get Excel to do the repetitive parts.My work also demands a detail-oriented mind: investigating logistics issues, tracking and managing the quality documentation we need, creating corrective action plans for Charter of the French Language compliance (and explaining why that's a thing to non-Canadians), and whatever else needs doing, whether that's project plans or process improvement.And when I'm not doing all of that, you can find me out kayaking or hiking, planning my next international adventure, reading a good book in my hammock, or bothering my two cats.
