As an SOE, I conduct audit, training and coaching on customer service skills to Aviation Security officers to uphold the service standard of the Pre-board security unit in Changi Airport. The SOE creates a positive travel experience for passengers as much as possible and is efficient in working in a dynamic and fast paced working environment. The SOE role includes initiating measures for service improvements and is a point of contact for members of public/passengers with regards to security matters. Lastly, the SOE is responsible for smooth operational management and ensuring that there are no service issues.
