This is a comprehensive leadership development program for emerging leaders. We used structured exercises and assessments to develop improved awareness about ourselves and others. The program also included interaction with community leaders, reading material, and a group research project. The program taught self-awareness, emotional intelligence, leadership, management, communication within a team, and presentation skills.In addition to graduating from the program, my group won a competition for the best Leadership Presentation for the cohort. We will be presenting our materials on leadership at several events this summer!
