Enthusiastic leader with a passion for bringing together People , Systems and Strategy with a strong focus on execution.I have a positive outlook on life and encourage others to embrace change. My 20+ years experience at Sage & AWCAPE (HRIS software consultation and installations) and recent 5 years experience at Ecowize (High Compliance- Food safety - Specialised Cleaning industry) allowed me to re-apply my knowledge and gain experience in various industries in HR, Learning Services, Change Management, Talent Management, People Management, Sales and Marketing. I have been fortunate to gain experience in leading teams that includes admin, support, GP generating staff and senior management.Some achievements to date were receiving the award for Manager of the Year at Sage and having the opportunity to start the SAGE HR Consulting Service in Cape Town, South Africa. I introduced new implementation methodologies which were rolled out in the rest of the country. I was privileged to be promoted to the Head of Training Sales for Africa across all Payroll, HR and Accounting solutions and this set the foundation for my time at AWCAPE ( Sage Business Partner) to gear them for success. At Ecowize (+/- 4500 employees) I have been privileged to get the opportunity to grow further and take the lead as Head of HR. Leading a wonderful team of committed individuals who all have a passion for people and implementing various HR\People focused projects. I am still growing and learning every day and excited for my journey ahead.
