- Led FluidSmart Integration workstream in Sofia Program (15 team members across 4 sites, 15 months) responsible for DHF harmonization to enable continued sales of legacy product post-acquisition - Launched SPY Laparoscopes (16 team members across 4 sites, 2-years, $3.3M budget) globally, on time and under budget in 1788 Platform, generating $1.2M in orders the first week of launch with a projected $315M revenue over 5 years- Navigated non-traditional OEM vendor relationship (14 team members across 3 sites, 2-years, $760K budget) to launch the HydroFlow Sheath globally: redefined expectations on DHF content, absorbed test methodology training, design validation, technical publications, and international registration deliverables, introduced recurring forums to resolve project issues and team dynamics, and educated the vendor on Stryker’s global launch process

- Built & governed a robust Sustaining Business Process to focus project investments with clear ROI resulting in improved year-over-year metrics with adoption of practices across 3 BU’s - Managed Regulatory project (EMC 4th ed.) across 5 sites with 150+ team members that affected 24 products and avoided quarterly loss of $11M in the European region’s projected sales - Created the NPD International Launch process to shift a US-centric business mindset and improve global launch predictability (40+ countries)

QL+ is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to foster and generate innovations to aid and improve the quality of life for those injured in the line of duty.
