• Manage all Research & Development Projects for new F&B products,

• Develop industrial by-products that are used in daily operations,
• Advise an inter-functional team to implement standardized production procedures,
• Build the research and development team to create new products in line with market needs.

• In charge of all Business Development activities for the Lebanese and the Jordanian markets,
• Scouting and market mapping of industrial customers in Lebanon and Jordan,
• Participate in process evaluation and continuous improvement operations,
• Managing the sales and distribution activities of both affiliates.

• Manage the food safety management system - ISO 22000 Management team coordinator
• Lead new packaging projects for all products in the company’s portfolio.

• Iso project auditor - responsible for auditing food safety and product development processes.
