• Manage relationships with Europpean suppliers (PMC Ouvrie France, Igreca France, Sensient Colors Europe Germany, Biorigin France, AVEBE Netherlands, Nutrex Belgium, Kemin Belgium, FOSFA Czech Republic, etc.),• Plan and forecast sales of existing products in coordination with business partners,• Communicate with clients and organize project meetings in Lebanon and Jordan,• Take in charge all import regulatory communication with the different governmental entities within different countries (France, Germany, USA, Jordan and Lebanon),• Manage the local distribution network to ensure the delivery of products in accordance with the company's quality assurance plan.

• Manage all Research & Development Projects for new F&B products,• Ensure regulatory oversight with customers,• Develop industrial by-products that are used in daily operations,• Advise an inter-functional team to implement standardized production procedures, • Build the research and development team to create new products in line with market needs.

• In charge of all Business Development activities for the Lebanese and the Jordanian markets,• Scouting and market mapping of industrial customers in Lebanon and Jordan,• Participate in process evaluation and continuous improvement operations,• Managing the sales and distribution activities of both affiliates.

• Lead all product development projects in the R&D department,• Manage the food safety management system - ISO 22000 Management team coordinator • Lead new packaging projects for all products in the company’s portfolio.

• In charge of all product development projects,• Lead cross-functional teams to manage the innovation projects from design to application stages,• Iso project auditor - responsible for auditing food safety and product development processes.

• Undertake daily quality audits,• Supervise loading and unloading activities of the site.
