Light Incorporated & Trading is the agent of PHILIPS Lighting & OPPLE Lighting in Lebanon.- Prepare and submit Tenders.- Managing sales activities.- Working closely with clients to understand their needs.- Manage inquiries and propose appropriate solutions.- Answer technical questions together with the technical support team.- Initiate, develop and maintain long term relationships with customers- Gather local market information.- Define project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables.- Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the project.- Arranging and managing all project related meetings.- Ensure business requirements are suitably defined, understood and signed off.- Producing timing, costing and scoping documentation.- Pro-actively manage project risks and issues and minimize their impact on the project.- Establishing the overall success criteria for a project, including; time, cost, technical and performance parameters.- Writing detailed and summarized project progress reports.- Monitoring all work in accordance with schedules.- Updating project plans to include agreed changes.- Monitoring and managing all contractors, consultants and third party suppliers within each project.- Negotiating difficult decisions with colleagues.
