I was initially charged with working with consultants to get off of the DOS HRIS system and move to Lawson. I did most of the data mapping, data scrub and created the load files for the conversion. Lawson Employee Self Serve and Manager Self Serve were brought live. I have developed training materials, trained and supported staff at all levels of the organization. I brought the LBI HR and Payroll dashboards live and now have written and published over 60 dashboard report used by all levels of management. The reports are all written in Crystal Reports. I have written over 200 querys used by HR and Payroll staffs. I created and maintain over 25 Lawson SmartNotes. I also understand Lawson User Management and Security.I like working with data: mapping, maintaining, auditing and report writing. It is also a goal of mine, to have data available for those that need it, when they need it. That is why I like putting many reports on the Lawson dashboard.
