Interacts daily with physicians, nurse managers, staff nurses, and case management.• Conducts monthly training sessions for medical students and residents during their Geriatric rotation, with a heavy focus on the proper use of psychotropic medications in the elderly population.• Active participant in the Geriatric Service Line, HackensackUMC Falls Task Force, and Pain Champion for the Pain & Palliative Medicine Institute.• Participates in the HackensackUMC Speaker’s Bureau, conducting local community lectures on “Mature Adults, Making The Most of One’s Hospitalization”.
