Nadine first started out as Office Manager and Personal Assistant to the senior team and has developed with the company and as her knowledge has expanded. She has meticulously supported the team through the organisation’s growth and her role has changed over the years to reflect her skills and experience. In previous roles as Estates Assistant Nadine has excelled and her talents working with new technology, software and data have led into her current role as Estate Manager with responsible for Space and Information. Nadine has achieved this success using her comprehensive ability with software to manage, control, validate and analyse complex data successfully and these skills have has permitted her to empower continuous improvement on utilisation of the NHS Estate.
