 Responsible for coordinating antenatal, postnatal child health and family planning clinics. Maintained the functions of the clinic.  Completed daily assessment of clients’ health status and medical conditions. Visited/educated clients during health appraisal encounter.  Interact and liaison with health personnel re staff and clients. Done Home births and Postnatal care.  Done counseling with clients and family members.
