Monitor assigned resident’s progress and behavior through discussions with resident’s employer, teachers, and/or supervisor and with outside counseling agencies. Instruct residents in learning appropriate communication skills and problem solving methods; instruct and coordinate residents in utilizing sound money management skills; and co-facilitate treatment groups on a weekly basis to residents. Monitor resident’s progress in obtaining goals outlined in treatment contract and meet weekly with assigned residents to discuss steps necessary to take to reach his/her goals and potential solutions for problems occurring. Document a resident’s performance and behavior through chronological history notes, quarterly reports, and other written requirements.

Take reports for all non-emergency calls about crimes not in progress, Code and input case and incident reports into department software programs (LERMS), Prepare reports for monthly reporting to the State of Montana and the FBI, Enter information on NCIC/CJIN computer network, query system to obtain information on driving records and criminal histories for authorized personnel, relay appropriate information to officers and authorized personnel, Help those in the community including the homeless by relaying information about resources and providing certain families with children hotel vouchers

Assist with various projects and cases with PD administration, proof read narratives, organize cases, Understand various issues within Missoula Community and learn solutions, Surveillance, Patrol Car Stocking
