I have 24 years of experience working as an occupational therapist specialising in working with people with an acquired brain injury living in the community. I live in rural Victoria and I am striving for equity in healthcare for people in rural and remote regions.I support other allied health professionals to build their capacity to work collaboratively, creatively and positively with people with brain injury. I provide quality supervision, workshops, mentoring and clinical coaching for other allied health professionals. I specialise in working with individuals who experience behavioural changes after brain injury. I am affiliated with Monash-Epworth Rehabilitation Research Centre (MERRC) where I am involved in the development and training of the Positive Behaviour Support PLUS (PBS+PLUS) approach.I love facilitating others to learn. I am a skilled facilitator of group learning both online and face to face. I completed the Fairley Leadership Program in 2022 through Goulburn Murray Community Leadership. This provided me with confidence and opportunities to develop my skills as a community leader.
