Hired as Interlibrary Loan Librarian and asked to serve as Interim Head of Access Services Department 4 months later. Departments included Circulation, Curriculum Materials Center, and Interlibrary Loan; Service time as interim January 1, 2011 - March 1, 2012.Responsible for the administration, management, and daily operation of all interlibrary loan functions. Administers all activities of the unit including staffing, organization, statistics, policies, user services, copyright, evaluating and integrating new technology, and monitoring resources-sharing agreements.Provides information resources in a timely manner to support the students, faculty, staff and alumni of the University of Southern Mississippi, and national libraries and institutions.Writes, revises, and updates interlibrary loan procedures as needed in consultation with the Dean of University Libraries.Member of library Preservation Committee. Assigned to direct preservation training for new staff and student workers.

Supervised 15 staff members for a four-county library system consisting of twelve branches. Managed daily operations of Reference and Adult & Children’s services and Collection Development.
