After spending time reflecting on my 15 year career as a teacher of 11 - 17 year olds, my study within my Masters of Inclusive Education, a leader of other adults, as well as being a mum of four myself, and speaking with men and women from all walks of life, I have realised how much we all need need that extra suppport and guidance to not just survive, but thrive. These conversations have have also brought to light that counselling isn’t always the best path for people and our friends and family are already stretched and they aren’t always the ones we want to share things with (this is certainly true in my family!) Life Coaching has been proven to be effective in Australia and other countries, so much that it is a normal part of a a lot of people’s lives so lets normalise it here in NZ! I offer support and coaching for adults, teens, groups and facilitate workshops and speak at events. I am so grateful I get to do what I love, help others.I am completing my Post Graduate study in Counselling in order to be a registered counsellor and be able to offer both counselling and life coaching services in order to meet the needs of everyone.I am here to empower you to create, enhance, live your best life and have the confidence and knowledge that you are amazing and deserve an amazing life!
