Nadine Erne is a senior Management Major from Springfield, Ohio. She was an Avetec Education Intern, where she had Instructed hands-on science classes for 6th grade elementary students in conjunction with being a First Lego League Coach during competition. The goal of the program was to encourage the students to continue with higher education. During her time at Avetec, she continued to work to achieve an effective and efficient organization system for the program. She is an intern for JLH Supply Chain and Operations, LLC. While there, she has created a business plan, marketing research and segmentation, and assisted on start up procedures. During her time at Wittenberg, she had participated in a community service program called Circles. Within the Circles program she participated in a program called Getting Ahead. The program is structured around the creation of a close connection with others as means of creating successful and thriving relationships in life.
