I am a very experienced (17+ years) sustainability & ESG consultant advising Boards, management teams, and sustainability departments (charities, public sector, listed, private businesses). We also design and support programme (and individual project) delivery under the sustainable business/ESG umbrella (climate change, diversity, community, social value and impact, reporting, wellbeing strategies, employee engagement, leadership development, good governance etc). We also support clients with internal alignment to embed and deliver sustainable management, for example with Board education, engagement and empowerment; leveraging the skill of your people and organisational culture; engagement with purpose; setting up and delivering (e.g. climate change or ESG) taskforces and employee champion networks; establish good governance; and developing stakeholder engagement opportunities to support your sustainability comms & engaging.In addition, we have robust research, writing, materiality, and reporting experience, eg to GRI, PPN06, social value, annual sustainabilty reporting, UNAccord, TCFD, CDP, CSRD, SBTi and more. We drive thought leadership in the areas of organisational purpose, employee engagement, social value, culture change, net zero, and business transformation.
