- Designed and am coordinating the Older Individuals Needs Assessment involving 300 quantitative surveys of refugees from Ukraine and Moldovans aged 60 and above across Moldova.- Co-lead of the Refugee Population Profiling Assessment in Moldova which aimed to estimate the actual number of refugees from Ukraine in Moldova and identify groups in the refugee population that are left out from existing assistance nets.- Designed the research methodology, coordinated data collection for, and conducted data cleaning, analysis, and reporting of an assessment of the rental market in Moldova and the experience of Ukrainian refugees, including difficulties faced by people with disabilities, in the Moldovan rental market that involved collecting data from a popular rental advertisement website, surveys with 213 refugee households, interviews with 60 key informants and 12 focus group discussions.- Supported the qualitative analyses of an assessment on the mental health of refugee adolescents in Moldova and an assessment on the recently implemented Temporary Protection status for refugees.

- Drafted the Logic Model; and Monitoring and Evaluation narrative, plan and budget for two US Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor project proposals related to supporting climate response and human rights in Libya through strengthening civil society.- Designed qualitative and quantitative data collection tools for evaluating school and clinic rehabilitation projects.- Conducted beneficiary verification for the disbursement of grants to small-scale farmers in the South of Libya.- Conducted analysis for and produced three reports on internal evaluations for projects funded by UNHCR and GIZ.- Designed Excel databases for tracking project outputs and indicator achievement for a UNHCR-funded project involving external referrals of 1200 protection cases across Libya and rapid infrastructure rehabilitation projects.- Developed a knowledge capitalisation process for the mission and created thematic resource packages for all staff. This significantly benefitted the mission as the high turnover of staff was causing loss of documents and knowledge.- Supported in the planning and implementation of ACTED’s Complaints Response Mechanism.

- Coordinated and contributed to the planning and analysis of the midterm review of IM’s five-year strategy using the SenseMaker tool which involved data collection from 700 rightsholders across six countries.- Interviewed 20 rightsholders in Sweden for the midterm review.- Conducted spot-check of available documentation for 9 core-funded partner organizations to ensure they reflected the definition and principles of core funding.

- Liaised between a German solar lamp company, a civil society organization in Gaza and the Israeli Customs Authority with the aim to send 1,300 solar lights to children in Gaza.- Managed the signing of new grant agreements and their disbursement to civil society organizations in Gaza and the West Bank.

Wrote research reports and assisted in project planning and management for development projects in North Africa and advocacy campaigns in Sweden.Achievements:- Planned and executed two conference workshops designed to engage civil society members with the Western Sahara conflict.- Conducted research and writing for a new project application to collaborate with human rights organisations in Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco and Western Sahara.- Published a post on the organisation’s Facebook page that was shared over 60 times.- Engaged hundreds of members of the public through campaigning at events and stores.- Represented the organisation and established networks with other organisations at an international solidarity conference in Spain.
