THERMOCOAX is a company specializing in heating and temperature measurement for applications in the nuclear, aerospace, semiconductor and industrial markets. THERMOCOAX has been part of the Spirax-Sarco Engineering PLC Group since 2019. My missions are : - to set the annual communication budget and follow it,to manage all the media and tools for print, web communications, and videos,- to manage the social network and the website,- to guarantee the quality of the data of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management), to carry out and analyze the commercial statistics and then carry out the reporting by proposing actions to carry out or specific marketing/communication adjustments, - to organize and coordinate the implementation of direct marketing operations (google ads campaigns, etc.),- to ensure the preparation of the shows in which our sales team participates (about fifteen or so a year).Some external communication projects: - changing of the visual identity of THERMOCOAX together with a communication agency in 2015, - update of the corporate website and dedicated sites in 2016,- creating a corporate video in 2017 with a production agency,- creating an online shopping site for the brand ISOPAD with a web agency in 2018.Internal Communication Project: - one-day Team Building coordination for THERMOCOAX's 60th anniversary in 2017,- several solidarity's missions since 2020.

Assistant to the Quality Manager :- Preparation of audits- coordination between different Departments.

Various Fixed-terms contract missions in the fields of events, public relations, communication and partnerships.

- Managing of Emilo Robba's showroom in Galerie Vivienne, in the center of Paris,- Defining and applying commercial strategy (turnover of the area doubled within two years),- Piloting the projects' logistics from the preparation of the order up to the last visit of the construction site.- Canvassing new customers during exhibitions Maison&bjet, Equip Hotel.- Broadcasting for Europe area, Middle East, Russia.- Organizing the delivery of artificial landscapes decoration in France.- Managing a team of 2 people.

- Creation of a « Council in wedding organization » pole with more than 45 partners.- Organization of 50 commercial events about weddings (activity of the service doubled in year 2000).- Animation of the service of wedding lists :* managing a team of hostesses (staff varies from 5 up to 30 people),* realizing statistics on the activity of service (this action allowed the overhaul of the Internet site around wedding lists).* managing litigations with customers.

- Canvassing and development of partnerships with the tourist activities in Paris,- Assembling marketing operations for prescribers and international customers,- helping the Representative for fashion shows: Sale and organization of fashion shows to promote the brand « Printemps » in Paris and abroad (Asia, Middle East).
