Since returning from Maternity leave, I have worked in a small Diversity and Inclusion team where we both work closely and collaboratively:.• Manage and support all activity relating to Champions, Global Champion, Meetings, Networks, Partners and Activities. • Support implementation of the BRAVE strategy across the agency • Manage external stakeholder engagement• Lead coordination of office social clubs and regional D&I leads/Champs to run events. • Manage internal… Show more Since returning from Maternity leave, I have worked in a small Diversity and Inclusion team where we both work closely and collaboratively:.• Manage and support all activity relating to Champions, Global Champion, Meetings, Networks, Partners and Activities. • Support implementation of the BRAVE strategy across the agency • Manage external stakeholder engagement• Lead coordination of office social clubs and regional D&I leads/Champs to run events. • Manage internal stakeholder relationship with employee comms to promote events and raise awareness. • Oversee management, coordination and submissions of projects such as WGEA, Work180 etc • Identify opportunities for policy development, enhancements or reviews with a D&I lens in collaboration with WR • Lead the successful implementation of the RAP and development of the future RAP. • Manage Jawun and Indigenous Apprenticeship Program• Manage NAIDOC and Reconciliation Week events and comms. • Lead the implementation of the BRAVE D&I strategy and establishment of the next strategy.• Develop post-APS census action plans annually. • Coordinate data for reporting to executive and people leadership on a 6 monthly basis (biannual) – including writing papers as requested. • Annual reporting • Manage D&I budget. • Respond to Senate estimates. • Provide latest advice pertaining to D&I issues in the agency.
