We lead our clients into a digital future, providing tailored strategies in Digital Marketing, Marketing Technologies and events combined with traditional marketing activities. Our events cover a wide range, from large-scale gatherings like the Erste Wohnmesse in Vienna with over 3800 attendees to exclusive gatherings like #TheREAL100. I am excited about continuing to explore innovative paths with the team and collaborating with our clients to revolutionize the world of Real Estate Marketing.

During my time at Erich Peischl e.U., a small, familiar construction company specializing in small-scale attic renovations in historical buildings, I assisted the manager in various tasks.As the key point of contact, I liaised with clients, suppliers, and authorities, managing on-site meetings and appointments. I actively contributed to the design process, collaborating with the team to create innovative and aesthetically pleasing solutions. This role provided valuable insights into attic renovations, allowing me to showcase my organizational skills, creativity, and teamwork. It further strengthened my passion for the real estate and construction industry, which resulted in my decision to pursue and complete a diploma training in the field of real estate management during that time.

As a Marketing Assistant for Clarins Fragrance Group, my role encompassed all aspects of product marketing and management for luxury perfume brands Mugler, Azzaro, and Hermès in Austria. In my role of supporting the brand manager I had the privilege of assisting in the implementation of various marketing and media activities in collaboration with the media agency and clients. These included all kind of print, Out of Home & digital campaigns. I also assisted in the planning and execution of PR and influencer events, ranging from intimate gatherings for 20 people to larger events such as the Azzaro Wanted Girl Launch Party at Volksgarten in Vienna with a few hundred attendees. Additionally I was responsible for: • managing reference lists in internal systems• creating price lists, generating sell-in/sell-out reports• carrying out merchandising measures and developing creative concepts for POS and events• conducting product trainings for the sell-out team• developing creative concepts for POS and eventsFurthermore I was responsible for Mugler's customer relationship management “The Circle“ in Austria, which included annual planning of mailings in coordination with planned marketing activities, regular sending of digital newsletters and postal mailings and subsequent analysis and reporting.In 2019, I became a "TEAMS Ambassador" for Clarins Austria, where I introduced Microsoft Teams to our Austrian team and served as the go-to person for any technical problems and questions my colleagues encountered. Along with this, I established a new folder structure for our team's shared documents, which helped to improve organization and made it easier to locate important files. I also provided training sessions to the team on how to use the new system and best practices for saving and sharing documents.
