(WIExAWE)- Mentored by a Senior Product Manager and Software Development Engineer at Amazon.-Developed an iOS navigation application that produces a safer path for the user based on a machine learning model that suggests high risk spots using Agile and DevOps techniques.- Features include forward geocoding, local speed limit display for all streets on route, manual and self correcting rerouting, text to speech navigation, color coded traffic conditions and alternative routes beyond the suggested path of least relative risk.- The unique service provided by this application is that it's data-driven route suggestion is backed up by a weighted calculation of not only traffic conditions, but also by percentage of relative risk of road accidents.
