Brenger is an innovative logistics platform that connects consumers and businesses with couriers to transport bulky goods. We provide easy and affordable delivery by managing the planning and the location of couriers who are working for Brenger. This enables us to optimise the loading capacity of every van on the road. By doing this we are able to create quality transports for our business customers and more earnings for our couriers on every kilometre, all while making transports more sustainable overall.As a User Experience Designer at Brenger, I am responsible for the design of the driver application, the consumer platform, and the business portal in four different countries. In this role I play a key part in developing our products on a strategic level by understanding the needs and interests of our users and stakeholders.As a designer at a scale-up it is also an important task to shape UX Design structures and systems that can be maintained and scaled for long term goals.

As a UX Designer & Content specialist at Baby Plus I have organized workshops to shape the identity of the company and to determine long term vision and strategy. This enabled the company to set priorities and make substantiated choices for the development of the webshop. In addition, I have optimized pages and components of the webshop and built a foundation for a professional approach of design & project management in the organization.

As a Visual- & UX Designer for DTG(De Telefoongids) I have created designs for all our online applications and websites. Examples include dtg.nl, mijndtg, klantenvertellen.nl, detelefoongids.nl, 360 degree customer view, online marketing analysis tool, ROI Dashboard and visual CRM components. For all these domains I was part of several scrum teams and I worked closely with different product owners, marketing colleagues and management. I was responsible for designing our online design principles, design systems, analyzing user experiences, -wishes and -challenges, drawing up improvement strategies aimed at improving the customer journey, supporting other designers, and creating unity in the visual identity of all DTG partner sites. The UX team held weekly design sprints, we conducted analytics sessions to improve our flows and we conducted usability studies for the most important flows and tools. In addition, I also worked on international projects with partners from Finland and Austria, where our UX team was in the lead.

As Website Designer for DTG, I designed websites for small andmedium-sized businesses. In addition to creating websites, I coached my colleagues on design and usability. In this I had a leading and supporting role to ensure consistency in the quality of our websites.

During this internship I participated and executed usability studies in which I interviewed respondents and documented observations during the research. After conducting the studies, I made reports and consulted our customers how to optimise their digital products / interfaces. Customers for whom I have done research: Marktplaats, KLM, Delta Lloyd, Hi (KPN), Little Chicken, RET & Toys R ’us.
