• Manage the preparation and communication of the OSP and ISP implementation and closing of Key Account Projects related to FTTH, MSAN, Ethernet, SDH & DWDM.• Set objectives and priorities for the execution of work in line with the project scope and customer’s requirements.• Prepare detailed Project Plan in coordination with ISP PMs and customer management.• Coordinate project activities with involved departments and stakeholders.• Manage and evaluate change requests and assess the impact on the cost, time, and quality of the project.• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.• Monitor the Implementation of ISP such as MSAN, Ethernet, SDH & DWDM and proactively track bottlenecks and related issues to ensure that project schedules and key milestones are satisfactorily met.• Monitor the Implementation of OSP & FTTH milestone end to ends such as Customer access pass, Survey, Design, Materials, Civil job, Fiber job, FTR and FJS preparation and submission in NPTS system, Granite request and upload, Patching request through TFS system, PRE-PAT, and final PAT and discussing the issues arises during each milestone with the concern groups.• Follow up for all needed approvals from Section Managers, Directors, Finance, Controls, and other departments.• Communicate any changes in the implementation plan to related district PM / ISP PM and other stakeholders and update the project prioritization accordingly.• Conduct regular project progress review and coordination meetings with key project team members, third parties/vendors, and other project stakeholders.• Ensure project delivery Plan is followed by district PMs and ISP PM and keep stakeholders updated.• Schedule weekly meetings with the higher management to discuss the project status and determine the area needed for their support.• Track project deliverables with the appropriate tools.
