I am responsible for the successful delivery of Office 365, Microsoft Power Platform and Data Engineer related solutions. If its a Microsoft or Google product and its related to Collaboration, Cloud and Data, then I can help drive success. In my previous role, I was responsible for the successful delivery and management of the SharePoint Business Unit and the Customer Support Center. As a Business Unit Leader at EOH Microsoft Coastal, I drive the success of my business units by defining and implementing a strategic roadmap, systems, structure and governance. I also drive sales to the business unit and keep my staff, partners and clients happy.In under 2 years, I have built a lean business unit with structure and procedures that delivers high quality projects. The staff show passion and have the right skills, structure and systems to drive success. Projects are delivered on time, within budget, in line with the clients’ expectations and of high quality. Clients are happy with the service my unit delivers and often return with additional projects or long term partnerships. The Customer Support Centre is another business that I manage. My unit of 20 members provide a high quality support service for Infrastructure, Custom Applications, Desktop, Database, Web Hosting, SharePoint and CRM. These services are driven by Service Level agreements and include 24/7 support, Licensing management, Asset Management, Procurement, JML (Joiners, Movers and Leavers) Management and Budget Management.Before my role at EOH MC, I have, in less than four years, grown a 4 member team to a successful two division (Systems Integration and SharePoint Konsult) department, with over 25 staff members span across Cape Town, Johannesburg and the USA, making it the most profitable department in the organisation.While my focus is primarily on driving success for my Business Units, my experience as a SharePoint architect and as a Lead web developer equips me with the technical knowledge of web based solution, empowering me to better understand the capabilities and limitations of the platform thus enhancing my ability in delivering high quality solution in the defined time and budget.
