Take on leadership and event planning to support ADResident Assistant Support- Visible and available to Resident Assistants offering encouragement and guidance. Resident Engagement and programming- Offer guidance and planning for intentional interaction and programming to RAs.Meeting & Administrative- Attend and lead staff meeting, conduct weekly 1:1 w/RAs. On-Call duty rotation responding to emergency situations Student Conduct- Understand and follow campus polices and procedures. Approach student concerns with compassion and care. Facilitator of events on campus to raise money and awareness for charities such as Make A Wish, It’s On Us, Slam Dunk, Don’t Drink and Drive, and others in the community of Moorhead and MSUM. Closing the communication gap from teams to the administrators in the athletic department, the Northern Sun intercollegiate Conference and other SAAC members within the 16 institutions competing in the NSIC.
