• Prepare & submit monthly management accounts in a timely manner and monitoring accounting of sanitary pad manufacturing unit• Checking general ledger for errors and perform reconciliations as per Accounting Standards, Ind AS, Income tax, FCRA and CSR norms. • Preparing and monitoring necessary weekly and monthly documents, including payroll, contracts, agreements, FA Register etc. • Monitoring, Reviewing and Improving administrative systems, policies and procedures.• Responsible for the preparation of budgets, monthly/quarterly/yearly financial results and forecasts and completion of the reporting requirements• Meeting with prospective donors & clients and present plans & budgets• Preparation of Organizational Balance Sheet• Conduct performance audits on a regular basis and as needed• Compute taxes owed and prepare & file the necessary annual tax form/tax returns• Manages the periodic forecasting schedules including direct accountability for all costs for the purpose of providing accurate budgeting and variance analysis• Monitor Cash Flow Compliances• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement• Supervising Accounts team, Admin team & Interns to ensure work is complete in order and in limited time• Monitor PF & ESIC challans deposit and return filing• Perform detailed analysis of accounts, prepare month-end reports, and present findings to top level management• Provide supervision of the annual internal and statutory audits• Suggest modifications and improvements to existing processes and help in the evaluation of such changes• Identification of reporting elements & critical process, process owner, designed control• Assessment of risk associated with process and its implication on financial statement, test of control design & its effectiveness• Involved in day-to-day senior management level decision making including Finance Committee decision. Presentation of Financial statement & Fund status to Executive Committee & in Annual General Meeting.
