Schedule Specialist, SAS, 2004- present.In order to be able to fulfill the job as Schedule Specialist, you must have a general and broad aviation knowledge, especially within commercial, sales and marketing, ground operations, revenue management, ticket office and sales control.Strategic and primary responsibilities:• Build, maintain, update and distribute SAS dynamic traffic programs with all schedule and commercial information for Scandinavian Airlines and Star Partners, in order to keep the product available for sale in all GDS’s and sales channels. • Maintain all code share flights for SAS Group with correct information.• Manage re-accommodation for SAS and WF passenger.• Manage SAS Marketing passengers under the agreed strategy e.g. re-accommodation. • Responsible for updating and distribution of SAS Group traffic irregularities in accordance with agreed strategy and SLA agreement with SAS Ground Handling.• Schedule implementation of new codeshare partners. Updating partners marketing flight numbers in the schedule, and ensure updating of SAS marketing numbers at partners. • Maintenance of the Charter and Position flights.• Support function in relation to schedules.• Maintenance of SAS business rules in Altéa Inventory.• Altéa Inventory support for SAS Group.• Close contact with our stakeholders such as e.g. Network, Partner, SAS Group IT, SAS Ground Handling, Commercial, Sales & Marketing and Operation. • Have dialogue with the international codeshare partner.• Attend meetings with relevant stakeholders.
