Nadja joined Lendlease’s Communities business in 2014 as Sustainability Manager WA and has been instrumental in delivering sustainability initiatives at the two coastal Perth communities, Alkimos Beach & Alkimos Vista. Alkimos Beach is an award winning project that has been recognised by Property Council of Australia (PCA) as the Best Master Planned Community in Australia for 2018 and Urban Development Institute of Australia’s (UDIA) Best Residential Development in Australia in 2018 and is Australia's first 6 Star rated community by the Green Building Council of Australia.

As a Senior Consultant, Nadja was primarily responsible for the delivery of projects for a variety of Energetics’ Perth-based resources and industrial clients. At Encycle, Nadja specialised in advising clients on issues relating to environmental management, especially waste management and recycling and the identification of environmental risks and improvement opportunities. Nadja’s knowledge of the property sector and environmental rating tools such as Green Star and the National Australian Built Environment Rating Scheme (NABERS) strengthend the Encycle service areas for architects, facility managers and other clients.
