WRLDINVSN is a fast growing fashion brand. Following a business internship at WRLDINVSN during my university studies, I have been offered my first leadership position as General Manager overseeing all aspects at it’s headquarters. I interview and recruit the appropriate staff and am in charge of a team of over 30 employees. I also coach and train the management staff who then is responsable for their own team, reporting to me. I am in charge of designing and implementing the external and internal communications and marketing strategies, the work schedules including assignments and job rotation. I overview the production and customer service teams, making sure all orders and logistics are correctly attended. I implement CSR strategies. I enjoy learning and discovering new ways of business growth.
