PONTINOVA AG is specialized in handling cross-border assignments as well as innovative projects.I advise clients primarily in the field of banking and finance, with a particular focus on Fintech, international payment transactions and the law of sanctions. A further specialty of mine is advising private clients on questions related to German income-tax, inheritance-tax and foreign-tax law. I also support clients in a variety of commercial and corporate-law matters.

In 2016, its 6,800 employees achieved sales of 1.067 billion euros.One of my key tasks in the Corporate Legal, Risk and Insurance Department is legal risk mitigation in contracts, e.g. service and supply agreements, share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements and various framework agreements. In addition, my duties include establishing internal legal standards and guidelines and cross-border project management.
