I am motivated by: - Growing a healthy agile team and organization culture by establishing environments and team dynamics that promote psychological safety, enabling people to make the best decisions, give candid feedback, continuously improve and adopt an innovative and experimental mindset. - Being a change agent for product thinking and agile mindset, and the sometimes difficult (and insightful) conversations that this often yields. - Coaching teams in product thinking, instilling product ownership as a skill and responsibility owned and mastered by the team (and not by a person).- Helping teams achieve efficient and self-optimizing flow by facilitating tools, processes, metrics and WOW that enables this, thus being a facilitator for teams becoming aligned autonomous. - Understanding the (often underlying) "why's" of any problem or request, empathizing with the user/customer to understand the underlying paint point or goal - the key to discovering the best solution. - Coaching on thin slicing and fast learning - enabling teams to deliver value as fast as possible by slicing, discovering, prioritizing and experimenting to achieve a short feedback loop for learning (I love the concept of Elephant carpaccio).- Making sense of, untangling and identifying patterns in complex, sometimes chaotic situations and domains, thus helping teams reduce cognitive load and avoiding analysis paralysis.- Working in a fast-paced and changing environment. - Learning new things! - A challenge!
