Supported senior Disney managers and executives in providing seamless presentations to business professionals from Fortune 100 companies by preparing in-class and field experiences as well as offering technical support for audio/visual and computer based programs.

Supervising member of a five-person team, tasked with ensuring consistent and accurate customer reservations within Disney's internal reservation databases.Created, modified and implemented quality control process for all Standard Operation Procedures/Guidelines for the Reservation Quality Team. Trained new and temporary team members on all Standard Operating Procedures, as well as ensured full knowledge of Excel, LMS and Accovia systems to utilize the team's full potential. Peak season consisted of verifying and correcting over 1,200 reservations per day which resulted in an overall savings of over $500,000 within the first two quarters.
