Sales Development Representative
CurrentLead Generation: Conduct outbound calls, send emails, and use social media to generate and qualify new leads, contributing significantly to the team’s closed business.Account Research and Analysis: Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and initiate outreach to generate interest in corporate gift and wellness offerings.Sales Support: Collaborate with the Corporate Account Executive to engage warm leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate information in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.Sales Strategy: Support the creation and execution of marketing and sales strategies for corporate gifts and wellness offerings.Customer Engagement: Perform cold outreach to wellness consultants, HR professionals, hospitals, and other potential corporate clients.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the customer success team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries, and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales development practices.
