I assumed responsibility for ensuring customer service, supervising employees, enforcing company regulations, and taking care of various administrative tasks. I delegated daily assignments, implemented promotional campaigns, tracked inventories, analyzed and reported sales data. I also carried out disciplinary actions when necessary and served as primary enforcers of loss prevention tactics.

I was responsible for the supervision of a team of cashiers,and waitresses, providing training, hiring, monitoring, and assistance with operational issues and issues that customers may of had. The position was primarily mobile, proactively visiting registers, providing direction and support to Cashiers and ensuring excellent customer service to all our customers.
