Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association (CAIA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving investment and societal outcomes of capital allocation through professional education, transparency, and thought leadership. Currently there are 34 global chapters around the world, offering educational, social and career building events and opportunities to members, as well as informational events for prospective candidates.

Within the framework of preserving and nurturing cultural heritage:• Developed and managed vocational and social development programs that provided vulnerable youths with skills in craft trades as well as business to help them lead self-sufficient lives. • Assisted with vocational training programs that ensured that national crafts practiced by older artisans were not forgotten and were passed on to new generations. • Recruited and managed groups of trainers to provide vocational trainings.• Wrote grant requests to UNESCO headquarters clarifying cross-cultural specifics to ensure needs-based, as opposed to top down, program design.

• Coordinated, planned, and led experiential learning tours for high school students and teachers to China, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand.• Sourced a US Department of Education grant and implemented a student and teacher exchange program with Ukraine.
