As head of the Operations team, I worked with a group of international students to manage the operations and flow of the largest student-led ASEAN conference in the UK.

- Worked with the Growth Team (Strategy and Operations) to plan and execute various programmes in the Southeast Asia region to grow the business at a minimal cost- Created communication campaigns across various channels (e.g. in-app notification, EDM, SMS, etc.)- Analysed and reported post-campaign results to the key stakeholders- Analysed and researched on behavioural insights as to what drives passengers & drivers to take more rides
