As a Lead Teacher at The Goddard School, I create and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool children. I have roughly around 3 years of experience in this role and early childhood education. I enjoy working with a supportive and collaborative team of educators and administrators but I can also thrive independently. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The George Washington University, where I developed strong communication skills and research skills. I also have a brief experience as an Administrative Director and an Assistant Director at Huntington Learning Center, where I managed daily operations, staff training, and student enrollment. My goal is to pursue my master's degree in clinical psychology and help people improve their mental health and well-being.
