1. Talent Acquisition - Own the full recruitment cycle end-to-end for Head Office and Retail roles by identifying and screening qualified candidates for Indonesia and Regional team.- Drive and execute internal and external talent sourcing and employer branding activities such as talent referral program, career fairs, career presentations, employee mutation, university visits, etc.- Maintain and constantly ensure a robust recruitment process that is relevant and supports internal teams, and ensuring that all prospective candidates get the most positive candidate experience no matter the outcome.- Responsible in creating and managing (including partnering with the hiring manager) LBID onboarding process to ensure new joiners are able to adapt and perform optimally in their positions throughout the probation period.2. People Operations and Business Partner- Keep on updated employee database through several platforms such as Google Spreadsheet and HRIS.- Owning People & Culture OPEX expenses. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.- Mediate workplace conflicts and provide guidance on HR policies.3. Employee Experience and Performance Management- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.- Involve in talent management and engagement initiatives execution to create a first-class employee experience throughout the employee life cycle spanning from onboarding till offboarding (including performance appraisal processes, people development projects, etc)- Assist in the development and implementation of performance review processes.- Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
