As a Project Manager for the Human Lean Diagnostics program at Microcity, Neuchâtel's innovation hub, I oversee and coordinate a multi-partner project driving innovation and technological development in the healthcare and medical diagnostics sector across Neuchâtel. This includes managing resources, timelines and budgets, monitoring KPIs and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. My responsibilities involve liaising with stakeholders, providing strategic oversight, creating and facilitating cross-functional partnerships among start-ups, SMEs, large enterprises and research institutions.

Designed from concept to completion an electrokinetic surface-scanning probe for surface-based biomolecular analysis and surface patterning: ▪️ Analyzed the electrokinetic transport phenomena, heat transfer, and species concentration in the device using finite element analysis (FEM) and theoretical modelling. ▪️ Developed a prototype and performed experimental characterization and optimization of its capabilities. ▪️ Engineered a compact, simplified, self-contained electrokinetic probe device with low power consumption.▪️ Wrote press releases for non-specialist audience and created outreach videos about the research achievements, including design, illustration, animation and production.

Development of new technologies and applications for biomolecular analysis using the microfluidic probe. ▪️ Developed a new technique for sequential delivery of reagents for multistep assays, based on droplet microfluidics and oil-and-water phase separation. ▪️ Invented a novel method for characterization of antibody reactions, molecular interactions and intracellular reaction kinetics using a microfluidic probe. ▪️ Developed an algorithm and programmed an image analysis tool for analysis of FISH kinetics. ▪️ Produced explanatory videos and press releases for a lay audience to communicated the group's research activities and achievements.
