- Develops new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of semiconductors.- Reviews product requirements with design staff to ensure compatibility of processing methods.- Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.- May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes in photomasking, diffusion, deposition, wafer fabrication and device physics.- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an indepth evaluation of variable factors. - Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

- Ensure smooth new product/ process set-up and process improvement according to engineeringteam policy.- Hands on Drilling Machine and set up new condition.- Create new program for new product by using Nexiv machine, Hole Analyzer machine.- Create Control Regulation for Technical Standard and also for Design & Development.- Incharge of assigned processes/ modulevi, participate, conduct and optimize improvement that related to quality, yield, productivity, delivery and cost.- Involve in commissioning new machines, monitoring modifications, upgrades, and troubleshooting existing processes by ensuring all aspects of related process comply with control regulation’s standard.- To liase with vendor/ supplier and ensure all related items (machines, material,etc) are complies with updated specification.- Create process control standard, process standard, establish engineering OMOI and ensure all engineering related documents are up to date.- Lead, guide, coach and develop sub-ordinate members.

- Conduct process audits for the improvement of process. (Audits included: Electroplating, Ransburg, Vacuum Metalization, Assemble & Packaging, Plastic Injection Molding, Die Casting, Documentation, Aging Store and Calibration).- Conduct Project Mainline: Blister Test Project.- Rating Lab Test Report of new and existingproducts according to Product Requirements Document (PRD) and Global Quality Manufacturing Policy (GQMP) for Final Engineering Pilot (FEP) and Production Pilot (PP).- Managing QA Laboratory.- Identify the cause of defects and issues to the person in charge for further corrective action and requalification purpose.- Conduct quality meeting to drive for continuous improvement.

- Assists engineer in designing and controlling PCBA process thus familiar in SMT Process starting from product design (bare PCB) till end product (complete box build assembly).- Involve in Total Productive Maintenance Project.- Assists engineer in time study and collect machine set up data.- Prepare process related documents (e.g: Work Instructions, Process Flow, Control Plan, FMEA).- Conduct process improvement and line balancing for new and existing products.- Assists engineer in evaluating new machines (Barcode Machine) before enter the production line.
